I am a Ferris State University graduate with a major in Television Production. I grew up in the small town of Eagle where I enjoyed spending most of my time in the great outdoors. I enjoy hunting, fishing, quad riding, kayaking, trap shooting and basically riding anything that has wheels. I recently got married to my lovely wife Jamie and we’re currently living in Lansing, looking to build our lives together.

A friend of mine found a video contest held by John Tesh. We were required to write lyrics and create a video to provided music. We decided to try it out and I took on the role of cameraman, director, and writer. With the help of a few friends, we were able to put together a pretty good video (especially for a few people making their first attempt at a music video). We ended up taking 3rd place and won a $500 prize. After that my passion to study videography increased.

Throughout my college years, I had a tough time figuring out what I wanted to study, but by looking back on my life, I realized I love to capture memories on video and use it to tell a story. I want to be able to help others capture their memories in order to look back on years down the road. So here I am, ready to help you capture your memories and put together good stories to look back on.12034329_10153255494328823_7282952830508890247_o

A Little About Jamie: I am a Spring Arbor University graduate with a bachelors degree in Biology – Secondary Education. Even with a science background videography/photography has always been a joy in my life. Growing up I use to dream of being like Marty Stouffer and capturing the wilderness of America. I use to take my dad’s 35mm camera and sit in the woods hoping to capture nature at it’s finest. I am passionate about life, Jesus, my family, and my friends. I enjoy reading, running, teaching, hunting, fishing…pretty much anything that holds potential for adventure. I was a math and science teacher but this year got promoted to the best job ever – stay at home mom to our beautiful girls.

I have always loved precious family videos but I did not truly come to appreciate until our wedding. We planned a very budgeted wedding and I was on the fence with hiring a videography. Luckily though my husband’s love of videography convinced me and I am oh so glad he did! I love looki1229966_10151644759598823_1758300959_nng back at our highlight video and watching the day unfold! Plus cracking up as we watch grandparents tearing up the dance floor and the crazy girls tackling each other for my bouquet. Since then I have loved every second of wedding videography and capturing these moments for other brides!

Our Love Story (As Told By Jamie): We both shared an interest in line dancing and attended the same line dancing saloon all though we never talked or knew of each other. One day I was there with my mom and a few college friends. Jim caught my eye for the first time but there was NO way I was going to say hi with my mom present. As the night went on I noticed he kept glancing my way and I also happened to notice that he was quite cute.

Long story short my mom double dog dared me to say hello and I accepted the challenge. I walked up and said “hello, I don’t think I caught your name” – silly to say since I had never talked to him but I was nervous! We struck up a conversation, saw Despicable Me in theater a week later, and sealed it with a kiss in front of our family/friends on June 15th, 2013.

Our Store Continues…  We have two beautiful girls and a handsome little boy.
